The company’s corporate purpose is the industrial activity and management of maritime equipment, ships and any type of vessel, namely in the areas of crews, maintenance, conservation, technical supervision and maritime consultancy services, promotion of maritime insurance contracts and their administration, watch services for vessels and equipment, mediation in the purchase, sale and chartering of ships and all types of equipment necessary for the maritime transport industry, as well as any associated activity.
